I am proud to be a career law enforcement officer, over 32 years, having a complete understanding of the solemn obligation incumbent upon those involved in this worthy profession. Over the past 12 years, as Chief Deputy of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, I have demonstrated my abilities in successfully managing one of the largest Sheriff's Offices in the state with more than 700 employees, and a budget of over 50 million dollars. In addition, I am the only candidate having been involved in the planning, operation, and expansion of the detention facility with a capacity exceeding 1700 inmates: My experiences, as previously noted, make me uniquely qualified to serve as Sheriff
